💡 Tips

  • Standard cron has 5 fields: min hour day month dow
  • Use 0 instead of * for the first field if you only want it once per hour
  • 0 in Day of Week is usually Sunday

⚠️ Common Pitfalls

  • Timezones in crontabs usually follow the server time
  • Day of week and Day of month can interact unexpectedly
